SP5 models climate and land use change impacts on water resources in the entire basin of the São Francisco River (water quantity and water quality) and the Itaparica reservoir (thus forming the boundary conditions for the small scale investigations as given by the coordination project GLUES). We up-scale the small scale investigations to the river basin scale and interact with the project GLUES on global models and scenarios.
