Project structure
The organisation of KULUNDA is based on collaboration as the key operational concept encompassing horizontal and vertical management concepts. The research project consists of nine research subprojects, one subproject (SP0) for scientific coordination and one subproject for the initiation of projects implementation (SP10).
German and Russian researchers will form research tandems in each subproject. The subprojects are related via common research topics and applied methods and will mutually cooperate to achieve their objectives. The general concept of the research project is structured into four work packages (WP), each of which combines several subproject work programs to integrated approaches.
