SP 1 - Coordination and knowledge transfer
The project coordinators are entrusted with the administrative leadership of the overall project. They coordinate and monitor the project workflow, collect results from the partners, develop suitable exit strategies in case a partner falls behind or drops out, and they share the responsibility of reporting to the BMBF. In addition, the project coordinators are expected to engage in regular exchange and synchronization of data with the Chinese project management. Knowledge transfer will be ensured by organizing user workshops and summer schools.
