Science Policy Interface
This area is meant to facilitate the transfer of research results to stakeholder groups in practice and policy and vice versa transport stakeholders’ needs and views into the scientific community of the funding measure. This requires a stakeholder analysis, the creation of a science-practice interface as well as building a science-policy interface. The research results will feed into the main policy processes under the CBD and the UNFCCC and researchers will be supported to present their results at the respective Conferences of the Parties meetings of these worldwide conventions.
