SP 0 - Scientific coordination and project management
Subproject 0 will provide the connecting infra-structure and the integrating work-flow in the KULUNDA project. The subproject combines both the scientific coordination with the overall governance of the scientific teams and the project management. The German/Russian team will initiate and coordinate contacting stakeholders and target groups in the region in order to optimize information flows and stable cooperation with the actors in the regional agricultural knowledge system and local, regional and national agro-political institutions.
Scientific coordination and governance will ensure a high level of integrated scientific work of all contributing teams in Germany and Russia. The team will ensure an optimized internal information flow, logistical support for hosting meeting and workshops, support of consortium members in reporting and resource management procedures.
