SP 3 - Hydrology – Modelling of water and matter balances under global change
SP 3 Hydrology will analyse the water and matter balance at landscape level under climate and land-use change in a nested approach in three catchments of the West Siberian Plain. The 1d-model CoupModel will be used to describe different soil-land use-options at field scale. The differentiated development of change in water and matter balances at various spatial and temporal scales will be analyzed by the eco-hydrological model SWAT. This integrated modeling tool will be available for the local stakeholders to contribute to sustainable land management under global change.
