BMBF-Förderschwerpunkt "Sustainable Landmanagement"

The objectives are to quantify and regionalize human induced soil degradation in relation to our land use types and age of forest conversion, and to analyse and simulate consequences of “climate change” and land management on the balance and nutrient output in catchments. Water ecosystem service will be evaluated in relation to land management options.
